I was going to do a cycle to Biggin Hill and back on Sunday 7th Feb, and was wondering if there would be any others who wanted to come along?  I'm not mad keen on those early starts, so how about 10:30a.m. in the car park at Brockwell Lido for any i…

Training 'hard' is all relative... but with La Marmotte coming up soon i don't have much choice. Sorry to hear Sthlm-Tri wont happen this year. Pretty sure it had something to do with our race kit last year. Is anyone planning to ride sunday morning?

Welcome to Windrush Triathlon Club

...a friendly club based in south London affiliated to British Triathlon and devoted to athletes of all levels and abilities. So whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned triathlete, Windrush Tri has something for you. New members of all abilities are always welcome!

The best way to get started is to come along to one of our organised training sessions - the Wednesday cycle or Friday Swim sessions are a great place to start. Details of our other coached and informal training sessions can be found in the training pages.

Being a gregarious bunch we also organise training weekends, workshops, club kit, our own Windrush Tri & Aquathlon race series, and when we’re not training we also have a quite an active social side to the club!

Hello everyone. I am back from my two month jaunt in the USA, and will be back to training with you in the next week or so. In the meantime, is anyone interested in doing this: http://www.cyclosport.org/eventdetails.aspx?id=131&eventid=1022
I've done a couple before. I don't even pretend to be competitive but it's usually a good day out, new scenery, good organisation etc....
